1. Area of Application These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all purchases on krevena.store (the "Website") and govern the contractual relationship between you (the "Customer") and us. With your order via our website you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Conclusion of Contract By completing the ordering process and sending your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. A contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of unavailability of the goods, payment problems or suspicion of fraud.

3. Products, Prices and Availability All product descriptions, pictures and prices on our website are subject to change at any time. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and may include statutory taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the place of delivery. We make every effort to ensure product availability, but cannot guarantee constant availability.

4. Payment We accept common payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and other options displayed at checkout. Payment is due immediately after order confirmation. Transactions are handled securely by our payment service providers. We do not store complete credit card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery Orders will be processed within the specified processing time and shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping service provider. The expected delivery times are displayed in the ordering process. We assume no liability for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services or force majeure. The risk of loss passes to the customer once the package has been delivered by the carrier.

6. Return, Cancellation & Refund Cancellations and returns are only possible for a handling fee. The exact amount of this fee can be requested from our customer service before initiating a cancellation. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition to be eligible for return.

⚠️ Personalized or individually crafted items are excluded from cancellations and returns, unless they are defective.

7. Warranty and Liability We ensure that our products meet the agreed specifications and are free of material defects at the time of delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for any indirect damage, loss of profit or damage caused by improper use of the products. Nothing in these conditions excludes liability, insofar as this is prohibited by law (e.g. fraud, death or bodily injury due to negligence).
